Equity Release - What do we Charge?
This is quite a simple one. We don't charge Broker Fees.
There is no catch to this and we don't work for free. If we recommend a product to you and subsequently you go ahead, then we get paid a commission by that provider. This is the same for all Equity Release Advisers.
Where we are different to most Advisers is that we feel that the commission they pay us is enough and we don't feel the need to charge a broker fee aswell.
How Can We Not Charge a Fee When Most Do?
The Equity Release Market is dominated by two large Advisory Firms, they get their business from Daytime TV Adverts and generally spending heavily on advertising.
We get our business from our website and by word of mouth and recommendation, as a result our costs are low and so we don't have to charge broker fees and that is how we do our advertising.
You get the same products, the same service, just cheaper!
